This reunion is something I've looked forward to and I can't believe it is just a few weeks away.
First, my thanks to the committee for putting all of this together - the events, the food, the website and the trips down memory lane. You all have been a blessing to many of us separated by not only miles, but time, too. Pretty sure I'm not the only one who appreciates all of your efforts.
I'm living in Broken Arrow and selling real estate and trying my hand at writing, which I really enjoy. One book finished (an inspirational romance) and several of those chapters are with an editor now. Several others in the works. Also trying to play golf when the weather cooperates.
I have two adult children and one daughter-in-law. No grandkids yet but I do have two grand-dogs. Not quite the same, but all good things are worth waiting for.
The memories I have of people, places and events from the school years in 'Big M' are still vivid. Most of the time, they make me smile. Sometimes, tho, they make me write. Of course, all of the names have been changed to protect the guilty.
Marilyn already said she wouldn't be at the reunion...so I expect not to be mistaken for her.
Looking forward to reading your nametags to see if they go with the faces I remember, or forgot. Hope the printing is in a large font.
